Weekly Meditation Service
Meditation services are held on Wednesday evenings from 6 pm. A Dharma talk and discussion is held in the main house. Then a meditation service is held in the Main Hall, comprising of a Daily Service Program, and two periods of meditation. This is followed by a potluck dinner, ending around 9 pm. It is suggested to attend all portions, but is not necessary. All weekly services are open to the public.
***Our weekly service has moved to an online/hybrid format.***
We will be moving to a full hybrid format each week. We will start at 6 pm ET with a discussion, then we will then break off and those in-person will go to the Hondo for meditation service, and those online will be able to continue to stream the service via Zoom. We end, for those in person, back in the kuri for potluck dinner.
Monthly Sutra Class
Sutra Classes are held on the first Saturday of every month. It will be an in-person / Zoom hybrid. In-person will begin at in the Hondo (Main Hall) with morning service at 8:30 AM, the class itself, will begin at 9 AM in the kuri (house) and on Zoom. For those attending virtually, class begins at 9 am, and class will run until 10:30 am.
A sutra is chosen and read together to be discussed. Please contact us to inquire about which sutra/readings are being used presently.
Tendai Tutorial ONLINE
Weekly Tuesday mornings Time: 6:30AM PDT / 9:30-11:00 AM EDT (1.5 hours)

Weddings / Funerals / Blessings
Upon request, numerous services are offered to Sangha (community) members and the public. Weddings, funerals and memorial services are generally the most common. Other services include baby or house blessings, interfaith gatherings, etc. Again, please contact us for more information.
